A name, telephone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the outside provider that supplies the result experience. Our servers do not retain a copy of those search terms. If you contact us, we receive the contents of that message and use them to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
The host creates routine logs, such as an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We review aggregated activity to operate and improve the service. Cookies or similar tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How Data Is Used
The limited data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content improvement. We do not sell a list of visitors or create individual visitor profiles.

Where it applies, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Texas Business and Commerce Code Chapter 541, describes rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out in covered contexts. Its scope includes exemptions, so it does not create a general right to remove a county record. Because this service retains little data, a request usually involves the contact mailbox and available logs. Use the Contact page.
