Kaufman County Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, indexes, and historical collections relevant to the county and Texas. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a government office, court, library, or record custodian.
2. Lawful Use Rules
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or material reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. FCRA Status
This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Nothing here, including anything a linked search tool returns, is a consumer report.
